
This workshop produces single wire and multiple wire lapped with different kinds of insulated materials. The workshop area is 2400 m2.
★Main products: There are three types of lapping: overlapping, interlocked lapping and open lapping, and all of these lapping methods can be applied to the flat and edgewise wire.
★Main equipments: 15 single paper lapping machines.7 multiple wire machines (of which, two can lap double conductors, four can lap triplicate conductors and one can lap quadruple conductors).
★Annual capacity: 5000 tons flat wire,5000 tons multiple wire.
Product Introduction

Paper covered wires is a type of winding wire made by oxygen-free copper rod or electric round aluminum rod which drawn or extruded by dies with special size, then wrapped with special insulation materials. Multiple wires are made by a number of winding wire or copper wire,aluminum wire according to required arrangement, then wrapped with special insulation materials.Mainly be used in windings of oil-immersed transformer、reactor、and other electric devices.

Conductor Materials
The resistivity of soft copper is not more than 0.01724Ω·mm2/m at 20°.According to different mechanical strength, below proof stress Rp0.2 is recommended:
